The Metanoia Studio - Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for booking with The Metanoia Studio. As an independent artist, my time and energy are deeply invested in every session. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of my work, I kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policy before booking:

CANCELLATION POLICY
– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid any fees.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the service price.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
– If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the full service, but the full service fee will still apply.
– If you are over 25 minutes late, a $35 late fee will be added if we are still able to proceed. If your session must be rescheduled due to lateness, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee.

– No-Call-No-Show will be charged 100% of the service price + required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
